In 2002 training on bio foods and HACCP in the SQS, in Zollikofen, Switzerland. Former Training Manager in the Juncal Group(Insurance Company) . Former HR Manager and Quality of Molinos Cañuelas . Former Organizational Development Manager of Corn Products. Director of Food Quality Co. Auditor of ISO 9000 and HACCP and Examiner for the Argentine National Award for Quality. Standards Advisor on BRC standard . He had exclusive participation: In collaboration with the Department of Food Science at the City of Mar del Plata and the Nation in the Fourth Summit of the Americas (2005), monitoring and controlling the catering served.
